オハイオ州クリーブランドのでDay-Glo Color Corpが、自社の蛍光顔料のPRのため刊行した印刷見本ブックレット。製紙会社チャンピオン・ペーパーズや、オランダの印刷会社デ・ヨングなど、アーティストやデザイナーを起用した豪華なPRブックレットを刊行した会社は数多いですが、こちらはそんな企業ブックレットの中でも最高峰のひとつ。『EROS』マガジンで一躍脚光を浴びた、バート・スターンによるマリリン・モンローの写真を蛍光色に置き換えたグラビア（『AVNDGARDE』掲載ページの転用）や、まるでリキテンシュタインみたいな新聞漫画の一コマに、ディック・ブルーナがてがけたブラックベアのペーパーバックまで、全編カラフルでサイケデリックな色の洪水。1969年のサイケデリックカルチャーを下支えした技術がここに。ポップアップやセリグラフなどギミックも多用した豪華な一冊。海外サイトでも500ドル超で売買されるレアブック。
表紙右上の透明フィルムに小さな折れあり。付録のカラーチャート付き。経年による多少の傷みはありますが全体的に目立ったダメージなく良い状態です。商品の情報
