中古で購入後、動作確認をし、天吊りの状態で設置していて、特に衝撃など加えたことは無いのですが

電源は入り、音声も流れ、レンズから光も出ますが、電源投入時のオープニングの映像も映らず、白い画面のままです。※画像10枚目参照

HDMIなど繋げても変わりません。リモコンを押すと時々青色の画面が映ります。修理できる方や部品取りなどできる方いかがでしょうか？

内容物は本体、電源ケーブル、ワイヤレスドングル、リモコンです。※画像の9枚目参照


私が購入時は使用時間484時間でした。
